studio monitor that is highly precise,
giving an accurate treble definition and bass response,

standard for mixing and mastering engineers who
require absolute transparency.
We use Pro Tools as well as Logic Pro X, run on a Mac
system, so there is
virtually an unlimited amount of tracks that
can be used in a single project.
OUR ENGINEERS
Our engineers are grammy and stellar award-nominated—life-long
musicians with a feel for any genre from rap, to country, r&b,
rock n’ roll, pop, dance hall, gospel and more. Our system
utilizes plugins such as Autotunes, Melodyne, and others to give your vocals the right sound, with easily over 1 million sounds/plugins/packs at our disposal.
We also mix and
master at The Lair, using industry standard mastering
software such as Steinberg Wavelab.
Microphone
The Lair is fully-loaded with a Manley Gold
Reference Multi-pattern tube microphone.
This microphone is capable of producing
incredible sound and has been used by artists
such as Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne, Britney Spears,
Dr. Luke and more.
It captures the smallest nuances and is rated one of the
Top 10 microphones to record on.
Preamp is a Manley Core Reference Tube Channel Strip.
WE CREATE TRACKS FROM SCRATCH
For production we use a midi-capable beast: The Roland Fantom -X8 Workstation.
With input from the artist, we custom-produce tracks tailored for your voice, and with over 40 years of
combined musical experience, and armed with a plethora of plugins including the entire Waves suite
at our disposal, we can create literally any sound or genre you would like to hear. Custom-made for you.

“The Lair” boasts a 100% acoustically-treated
padded room specifically designed to create
the perfect space for critical recording.
The mathematical sequence of holes and slots
allow for both absorption and true random
diffusion for even balance within the room.
This makes it the ideal choice for recording and
making sure every sound is heard, with absolutely no reverb.
